• World Champ Athlete (Wakeboarding). Trained travelled and competed from 11 -22. Have had and rehabbed through many injuries. This has helped me to be the trainer that I am today.

• Spacial Dynamics Level 1 and 2 (Five year movement therapy type program in New York) If you don’t know what this is, trust me, it’s awsome. It has completely changed the way I work out..

• Oxygen Advantage I had asthma my whole life and was dependent on two types of inhalers. One day started practicing with Oxygen Advantage and haven’t had to take my inhaler since (almost three years). I am still shocked at how training my breath has changed my life. Hence, becoming a Breathing For Yoga Oxygen Advantage Advanced Instructor to help others.

• Personal Training Specialist (PTS) and Fitness Instructor Specialist (FIS) through Can-Fit-Pro. They make me do CPR every year so I’ve got that going for me as well.

We work with whatever equipment and space you have access to.
